Placing an order

Orders must be placed before 12:00pm for next-day delivery. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum order of $95 applies, plus delivery fees based on your location.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured.

Changes and cancellations

• Changes to an order can be made up to 24 hours before delivery, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before delivery receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may be charged up to 100% of the order value, as ingredients have been prepared.

Dietary requirements

We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options where labelled. We handle nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, gluten and shellfish in our kitchen — we cannot guarantee a product is free of trace allergens. Please flag any severe allergies when ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; the price displayed at checkout is the price you'll be charged.

Quality concerns

If there's anything wrong with your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery on 1300 850 720 or info@fabulouscatering.com.au so we can make it right.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
