Delivery Info
Everything you need to know about getting our food to your door, office or event venue.
Order before 12pm
Orders received before noon are delivered the next business day.
Metro Melbourne
We cover Geelong, Melton, Frankston, Cranbourne and Pakenham.
Minimum $95
Plus a delivery fee based on your distance from our kitchen.
Lead times
Our standard lead time is 24 hours. Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday to Friday are delivered the next business day. We cannot guarantee same-day delivery — for last-minute requests, give us a call on 1300 850 720 and we'll do what we can.
Delivery windows
You'll choose a delivery window at checkout. Common windows are:
- Breakfast — 7:00 to 9:00am
- Mid-morning — 9:30 to 11:00am
- Lunch — 11:30am to 1:00pm
- Afternoon — 2:00 to 4:00pm
Our driver will arrive within the window you've selected. For time-critical events, leave yourself a 30-minute buffer for setup.

We deliver across Greater Melbourne, including:
- Melbourne CBD and inner suburbs
- Geelong
- Melton
- Frankston
- Cranbourne / Pakenham corridor
Outside these areas? Get in touch — we may still be able to help for larger orders.
Delivery fees
Delivery is calculated automatically based on your address at checkout. Tiered pricing applies — the further out, the higher the fee. Cold deliveries are slightly cheaper than hot deliveries, which require insulated transport.
Minimum order
Our minimum order is $95 (excluding delivery). This covers preparation and packing for the smaller delivery runs.

Setup and pickup
All food arrives ready to serve in reusable or recyclable packaging. For events of 50+ people, we can arrange staffed setup and same-day pickup of platters and equipment — ask at the time of booking.
We deliver Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries by arrangement for events.
